There are machines available for almost all different conditions and types of soil. They vary from attached to an excavator to Vibratory Hammers with a variable moment and Leader guided equipment.

Low emissions

An important part of Dieseko’s sustainability strategy is focusing on reducing emissions and the use of fossil fuels. The production of electrically-hydraulically powered power packs is now complete. Stage V engines are now the standard, and with this, Dieseko Group meets the latest legal standards for limiting harmful emissions.

Vibration-Free Installation: Pressing Machine and Resonator

With the completely vibration-free pressing technology and the nearly vibration-free Resonator, you can work safely in sensitive environments. Chemical plants, railways, hospitals, underground pipelines, old historic buildings—anywhere there’s a high risk of damage from vibrations, you can safely use these machines. A great example of this is the construction of the North-South metro line in Amsterdam, where vibration-free installation was an absolute requirement in the delicate old city center.

Variable Moment Vibrating Blocks
A VM vibratory hammer has an adjustable eccentric moment. This allows the machine to start up completely vibration-free. In combination with the higher frequency, this is also a perfect solution for safely placing sheet piles in critical environments.

Applications

With our equipment, you can install sheet piles and combi walls, and create retaining walls for soil and water barriers. This includes things like quays, embankments, construction pits, and waterways.
