The project involves dredging works in the Port of Taranto (Italy). The works are part of the plan, launched by the port authority, to modernize the container terminal area and will interest the section of sea in front of the pier of the multi-sector wharf: the bottom deepened by more than 2.5 m, and the contaminated sediments remediated. The deepened port provides space for larger vessels. To that end, the quay must also be reinforced. The PVE 300M was deployed to install a new combi-wall.
